What it means to hire with an Aboriginal-owned business, measured and published every year

When I acquired a majority share in Chalkwest in September 2025, I did it for one reason: to employ, train & support as many Aboriginal people & organisations as possible.

This report is how we hold ourselves to that. It sets out what we’ve done, where we’ve fallen short and what we’re committing to next. It’s open to anyone who wants it, whether that’s our clients, our suppliers or even our competitors.

You can only improve what you measure. This is where we start.
